Navy, Black, & White Wedding at the Lytle Hotel
Lucky are the couples who are planning a wedding in Cincinnati! There are so many incredible wedding professionals working here, each bringing unique perspectives, resources, and vision to the table. We recently had the opportunity to create wedding stationery for a styled shoot at The Lytle Hotel. Lytle Hotel, formerly the Anna Louise Inn is situated in downtown across from the Taft Museum of Art with beautiful river views.
The building has been reimagined and reconstructed with a contemporary, sleek sensibility with reverence for the original Edwardian design. Amanda Donaho captured the fresh, contemporary vibe of the day that drew on the navy, black and gold palette set by the hotel decor. The rooftop ceremony overlooked the downtown skyline. Ghost chairs were set up for an intimate gathering with a half moon of green and white florals designed by Marti Heard Designs.
The main invitation was rectangular with an ombre effect of black to navy. Gold leaf was added to the textured edge by hand. Gold leafing was also added to the envelope flap as if dipped in gold. A mix of contemporary fonts printed in white with lots of design space.
