Luxe Blue & Gold Wedding Editorial at The View

The View, in Cincinnati’s historic Mount Adams neighborhood, offers a celestial 170-degree panorama of the Ohio River and the Queen City’s downtown skyline. The space is modern, with elegant, impressive details like the dazzling crystal chandelier that hangs from the 25 foot Ballroom ceiling.

During the day, natural light streams into The View infusing everything with brilliance. At night, the moon light mixes with the sky to wash the windows in a deep cobalt blue. It’s a gorgeous setting for an all day event where the presence of the the ever changing sky makes guests feel like they are floating over the city!

Details

Tables were dressed to the nines by Floral V Designs with layers of all white floral arrangements on a mix of shimmering gold and deep blue velvet linens with mercury votives and gold cutlery. Funky’s Catering created creamy layered single serving desserts in pastel shades which presented beautifully on the mix of white and gold serving decor. ⠀⠀⠀

The Invitation Details

The wedding invitation features a rich, moody deep blue watercolor with a white illustration of Cincinnati’s skyline from The View that fades into the paper. We added a reflective gold border which made the invitation pop! Watercolor envelope liner and watercolor wash blue with white envelope addressing pulled everything together seamlessly.
