A wedding and a change of plans. Like many couples faced with postponing their weddings due to the pandemic, Linnea + Will went with a modified plan that turned out absolutely gorgeous and offered the couple an opportunity for soul searching. Linnea shared that in the weeks leading up to her wedding it was important to stay focused on things that mattered to us. I felt like a stronger person going into marriage. I kept thinking that we are pretty lucky. I thought about the couples that married during the uncertainty of war and was grateful that at least we could go home and be together.

Our vows were my favorite part of the day. Jeff and I started our relationship by writing beautiful and promising words to each other, so it only made sense that we proclaimed our love to all of our friends and family by writing our hearts and souls into our vows. My heart was so full as I listened to Jeff reading his vows. It felt absolutely amazing.

I have always been all about anything that sparkles and thankfully we found tasteful ways to incorporate that into our day. Our sweetheart table had a sparkle overlay to it and our cake was on a stand that looked like it was covered in diamonds! My dress had a sparkle belt on it and although I wasn’t able to convince the guys to wear any sparkle, my bridesmaids had some sparkle on their dresses.
